How It Works

Process

01.

Conversation

We start by having a conversation via Zoom. During the call, we will articulate your needs, challenges, and short-term and long-term goals for your website.
I will be asking few questions about the project and we'll discuss your answers.

02.

Book your project

After our call, I will conduct an initial research of your competition for inspiration of what to do, and what not to do.
Next I’ll create an outline of my recommendations in a project proposal which will include the strategy, timeline, deliverables and investment options.
We can further discuss if you have any questions about the proposal. But if you are okay with it, you can book the project and pay the initial payment.

03.

design

Once you've approved the website layout and content plan, we move to the design stage. During this stage, I will create a custom design for your website on Figma (a design tool) and send you a link of the prototype which you can explore online. This will give you a feel of the look and functionality of the website.
You can have unlimited revisions at this stage.

04.

development

Once you’ve approved the design, I will start building your website on WebFlow. I’ll bring the design to life and setup the following:
  • content management system
  • on-page SEO
  • backend integration of tracking tools or any 3rd-party tools of your choice
Upon completion of the website, I will send you a link to it so you can test drive on your desktop and mobile.

05.

Testing & Deployment

If you have any remaining notes on the website, I will make adjustments accordingly.
I will then proceed on rigorously testing the website on different browsers and devices, tracking tool and 3rd-party tools to ensure everything works well.
Once we've sorted everything out and you are satisfied with the website, we will launch it on the day you set.
